Could you cope in all circumstances? Do you know what to do in an emergency?

Do you think you could benefit from training in babysitting or first aid?

Can you spot an accident waiting to happen? Health and Safety are important can you identify hazards and risks?

Do you have experience of looking after children, or do you need more practice first?

If something happens a backup plan could be to have a relative to help in an emergency or to offer advice.

Are you reliable and punctual? People will be relying on you!

How will you get to venue and back maybe late at night?

Make sure if you babysit you know how to contact the parents.

Make sure you know all the details you need to know about the children in your care.
